I found this video on youtube and I thought it was really cute coming from a kids perspective of what is healthy.

 All of what he said is true for the most part (I’m not sure about being able to walk for an hour after eating chocolate:) ) but what the main point was everything in moderation.

That is very true you can eat just about anyting you want just be moderate and try to keep all your selections on the healthy side.

A Healthy Beneficial Breakfast


This is a great breakfast packed with nutrients!

 

1 cup low fat plain Greek Style Yogurt

1/2 handful Organic Blueberries

2-3 Organic Strawberries sliced

1-2 Tbl sliced almonds

Mix all together and start your day the healthy way.

You can get all these organic ingredients from Trader Joes or your local health food store.
