I found this video on youtube and I thought it was really cute coming from a kids perspective of what is healthy.
All of what he said is true for the most part (I’m not sure about being able to walk for an hour after eating chocolate:) ) but what the main point was everything in moderation.
That is very true you can eat just about anyting you want just be moderate and try to keep all your selections on the healthy side.
I found this discount dental plan, it’s not too bad if you needed something done right away you could save some hard earned money and now a days every penny counts. Everthing is high now, gas, food, insurance plans, rent, mortgage, and clothing so if you can save even 50.00 it’s worth it.
