As promised here’s the recipe of my husband’s Chicken Ginger Soup.
3 Chicken breasts cut into cubes
3 small Ginger Roots (peeled) sliced lengthwise
1 cup Jasminie Rice
5 cups water
salt and pepper
Olive Oil
Sautee Chicken with oil and ginger, about 5 minutes, add Jasmine Rice and water then boil until rice is cooked.
It takes about 20-25 min., add salt and pepper to taste, then enjoy.
This is a very simple recipe but very delicious.
I have found that there’s a lot of benefits to eating, or drinking, ginger.
My husband makes a great Ginger chicken recipe but he doesn’t measure anything so I’ll have to ask him to approxomate so I can give you the recipe.
