Find A Workout Partner

It helps when you want to workout to have a friend go with you.

I started goin to the gym with my friend the other day and it really helps when you have someone to talk to or someone to say are you ready to go when you really didn’t want to go.

You can help each other out and if you know that someone is waiting for you then you won’t be so ready to change your workout plans for the day.

So find a friend to make your workout a little easier.

10 Days of Ginger :)))


 I tried to give this to everyone for ten days but it tastes awful!

It sounds like it tastes really good but it was really hard to eat and it got worse as the days went by.

I ate it for five days and the rest of the family for four.

The kids and Albert almost puked every time I gave it to them so I ended up throwing it away.

It was expensive but it wasn’t worth trying to choke down everyday. I’ll just stick to the Ginger tea and that wil be good for me.

Maybe I made it wrong but the instructions weren’t hard so I really don’t know what happened.

I’m sure if you did the whole ten days it would work wonders so I’d suggest you try for yourself cause everyone doesn’t have the same tastes.

Ginger Tea Works!

My son and I have a cold so we’ve been drinking Ginger tea and I think we’ve gotten better faster than we usually do.

Usually when I have a cold I’ll have it for like three weeks, but this time I started drinking Ginger tea right away and now only after a few days my cold is pretty much gone.

Right when you drink it you feel better and have more energy. I want to start drinking this everyday.

It help your body with so many things, I don’t think you could go wrong no matter how often you drink it.

BTW: I started the whole family on the 10 day Ginger plan, so I’ll  let you know more in around 9 days.
