My Belly Fat!
My husband tells me every day, "You look hot!" and I say, "Thanks, except for this area right here" and I point to my belly fat.
He said, "Well what are you doing about it?"
I said, "Nothing really" so he told me to start doing 30 sit-ups a day for 6 months and see how much better I feel.
So I started on the 25th and I need to go till October 25th.
He also said he’ll buy me an Ed Hardy purse when I’m done with the six months if I don’t skip any days.
I’ve wanted an Ed Hardy purse for a while now so that makes me want to do it even more!
So whatever it takes to keep motivated to get you where you want to go use all your resources.
Even if someone has to bribe you, take it!
