Jamaica Flower Recipe

I’ve found a new drink that I love, love, love!

It’s a Hibiscus flower tea or Jamaica (pronounced hi-MIke-ah) tea.

It kinda tastes like cranberry juice, but I just love that I can buy the dried flowers and make something so healthy for my family and I.

I’m sure there are many ways that you can make this but the way I do it is I get about two

handfuls of the dried flowers and add them to boiling water then when the juice is nice and

red I scoop it out into a pitcher, I add more water to the pan and keep doing this until my

pitcher is full (I like mine kinda strong) then I add 3/4 of a cup of sugar, mix it up and serve with ice.

This is great for the long, HOT, summers here in Vegas!

This drink has Vitamin C, controls high blood pressure, helps with digestive problems,

and improves circulatory disorders.

I’ve been doing my situps every day and Mylles has even joined me, he wants a six pack!

My belly doesn’t look so bad and I’m shocked at how much better I feel and look just after doing them for almost two weeks.

This incentive really works and I’m glad to see the results that come with it!!
