Here’s another acne remedy, but this one is not all natural. Proactive works great!! I tried it a few years ago and it worked really well for me but it was very strong. My skn is sensitive so I would recommend you use it every other day instead of every day. You just have to try and see what works for you.

I’ve actually taken the glucosamine and chondroitin for my knee and I noticed a difference after about two weeks. I was in an accident about five years ago and my knees smashed into the dashboard. After that when I would work out or go on the treadmill it really didn’t feel well so I tried these and it worked pretty well.
