The Best Cheesecake Recipe Ever!

Okay, this isn’t healthy but it’s soooo good!! LOL! I made this for my husbands birthday and it was so yummy and now I’m gonna make a couple for Thanksgiving dinner. I got the recipe from my mom and it is so easy to make-here it goes:

1 graham cracker crust (in the pan, already made :) )
1 package of cream cheese (in a box)
1 can of Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
1/3 cup of lemon juice
cherry pie filling, blueberry topping or strawberry

Mix the sofented cream cheese together with the milk, then slowly add the lemon juice until mixture is creamy. Pour mix into crust let it chill for about two hours till it hardens then eat it plain or add a topping of your choice.

Enjoy!

I think this sounds so good and just in time for the fall season, it’s Banana Walnut Bread.
Here’s the ingredients:
2 cups flour
1tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 egg
1 1/8 cup sugar
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2Tbl. buttermilk
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
3 ripe medium bananas (mashed)
1/2 cup chopped walnuts

Pre-heat oven to 325, grease a loaf pan and dust with flour. Blend together flour, baking soda, and salt and set aside. Mix together the egg, sugar, and vegetable oil until combined. Add flour mixture, when blended add the buttermilk, vanilla, and mashed bananas and mix until combined. Fold in half the walnuts then pour batter into loaf pan then add remaining walnuts to the top. Bake for 45 to 60 minutes until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool for 10 minutes on a wire rack before removing from pan.

Butternut Squash Recipe

This recipe is so easy and very good! It also goes along with orange foods that boost your immune system.

Ingredients:
1 butternut squash
salt
brown sugar (optional)

Cut butternut squash in half. Sprinkle salt and brown sugar onto the squash.

Be sure the oven is preheated to 350F before placing in oven.

Bake squash until soft; then simply scoop the squash out of the skin, add a little butter and serve!

I just used some salt and it was very delicious, the kids even liked it! Try it and keep the Flu and the H1N1 Virus AWAY!
