			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p></-> <p>Okay, this isn&#8217;t healthy but it&#8217;s soooo good!! LOL! I made this for my husbands birthday and it was so yummy and now I&#8217;m gonna make a couple for Thanksgiving dinner. I got the recipe from my mom and it is so easy to make-here it goes:</p>
<p>1 graham cracker crust (in the pan, already made <img src='http://www.thisnthathealth.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' />  )<br />
1 package of cream cheese (in a box)<br />
1 can of Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk<br />
1/3 cup of lemon juice<br />
cherry pie filling, blueberry topping or strawberry</p>
<p>Mix the sofented cream cheese together with the milk, then slowly add the lemon juice until mixture is creamy. Pour mix into crust let it chill for about two hours till it hardens then eat it plain or add a topping of your choice.</p>

I think this sounds so good and just in time for the fall season, it&#8217;s Banana Walnut Bread.<br />
Here&#8217;s the ingredients:<br />
2 cups flour<br />
1tsp. baking soda<br />
1/4 tsp. salt<br />
1 egg<br />
1 1/8 cup sugar<br />
1/2 cup vegetable oil<br />
2Tbl. buttermilk<br />
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract<br />
3 ripe medium bananas (mashed)<br />
1/2 cup chopped walnuts</p>
<p>Pre-heat oven to 325, grease a loaf pan and dust with flour. Blend together flour, baking soda, and salt and set aside. Mix together the egg, sugar, and vegetable oil until combined. Add flour mixture, when blended add the buttermilk, vanilla, and mashed bananas and mix until combined. Fold in half the walnuts then pour batter into loaf pan then add remaining walnuts to the top. Bake for 45 to 60 minutes until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool for 10 minutes on a wire rack before removing from pan.</p>

<p>Ingredients:<br />
1 butternut squash<br />
salt<br />
brown sugar (optional)</p>
<p>Cut butternut squash in half. Sprinkle salt and brown sugar onto the squash. </p>
<p>Be sure the oven is preheated to 350F before placing in oven. </p>
<p>Bake squash until soft; then simply scoop the squash out of the skin, add a little butter and serve!</p>
<p>I just used some salt and it was very delicious, the kids even liked it! Try it and keep the Flu and the H1N1 Virus AWAY!</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><font face="Tahoma" size="3">I&#8217;ve been talking a lot about <strong>Ginger </strong>and all the health benefits now I found some videos about this <strong>Ginger mix</strong> that will work for quite a few ailments. </font></p>
<p><font face="Tahoma" size="3">I&#8217;m going to try this <strong>Ginger mix</strong> out on my daughter and I because for the last month or so my daughter has been complaining </font></p>
<p><font face="Tahoma" size="3">of an upset stomach so I&#8217;ll try this with her and see if it does any good for her little belly.</font></p>
<p><font face="Tahoma" size="3">&nbsp;I just want to try it cause I love<strong>&nbsp;Ginger</strong>.&nbsp;</font></p>
<p><font face="Tahoma" size="3">I&#8217;ll let you know when I have all the ingredients to get started. </font></p>

<p><font face="Tahoma" size="3">3 <strong>Chicken breasts</strong> cut into cubes</font></p>
<p><font face="Tahoma" size="3">3 small <strong>Ginger&nbsp; Roots</strong> (peeled) sliced lengthwise</font></p>
<p><font face="Tahoma" size="3">1 cup <strong>Jasminie Rice</strong></font></p>
<p><font face="Tahoma" size="3">5 cups water</font></p>
<p><font face="Tahoma" size="3">salt and pepper</font></p>
<p><font face="Tahoma" size="3">Olive Oil</font></p>
<p><font face="Tahoma" size="3">Sautee <strong>Chicken </strong>with oil and<strong> ginger</strong>, about&nbsp;5 minutes, add <strong>Jasmine Rice</strong> and water then boil until rice is cooked. </font></p>
<p><font face="Tahoma" size="3">It takes about 20-25 min., add salt and pepper to taste,&nbsp;then enjoy. </font></p>

<p><font face="Tahoma" size="3">Chop up the onion, cucumber, avacados, heart of palm, artichokes, and the cilantro then mix with vinegar and salt and pepper.</font></p>
<p><font face="Tahoma" size="3">&nbsp;Tear off individual pieces of butter lettuce leaves and fill with mixture and serve like tacos. </font></p>
<p><font face="Tahoma" size="3">This is a great alternative to having a salad at dinner time and the kids will enjoy it more when they can fix it themselves. </font></p>
<p><font face="Tahoma" size="3">My kids don&#8217;t have a choice as far as them not wanting to eat their vegetables or not, so by&nbsp;letting them be involved either with preparing the food or serving themselves they still feel </font></p>
<p><font face="Tahoma" size="3">like they do have <strong>some</strong> options when it&#8217;s time to eat our meals. I can&#8217;t afford not to make them eat what&#8217;s good for them, it&#8217;s my job and I want them to live long and in good health. </font></p>
