This is the time of year where you will attend at least three Christmas parties with all the unhealthy choices always right at your finger tips.

Don’t stay at home, just be moderate.

Eat some healthy soup and drink lots of water before going to the party so you won’t be starving when you get there and eat all the wrong things.

Avoid creamy dip and cheese dip and go for something more healthy.

Have a dessert but only a small portion, just be mindful.
