My son and I have a cold so we’ve been drinking Ginger tea and I think we’ve gotten better faster than we usually do.
Usually when I have a cold I’ll have it for like three weeks, but this time I started drinking Ginger tea right away and now only after a few days my cold is pretty much gone.
Right when you drink it you feel better and have more energy. I want to start drinking this everyday.
It help your body with so many things, I don’t think you could go wrong no matter how often you drink it.
BTW: I started the whole family on the 10 day Ginger plan, so I’ll let you know more in around 9 days.
I’ve been talking a lot about Ginger and all the health benefits now I found some videos about this Ginger mix that will work for quite a few ailments.
I’m going to try this Ginger mix out on my daughter and I because for the last month or so my daughter has been complaining
of an upset stomach so I’ll try this with her and see if it does any good for her little belly.
I just want to try it cause I love Ginger.
I’ll let you know when I have all the ingredients to get started.

As promised here’s the recipe of my husband’s Chicken Ginger Soup.
3 Chicken breasts cut into cubes
3 small Ginger Roots (peeled) sliced lengthwise
1 cup Jasminie Rice
5 cups water
salt and pepper
Olive Oil
Sautee Chicken with oil and ginger, about 5 minutes, add Jasmine Rice and water then boil until rice is cooked.
It takes about 20-25 min., add salt and pepper to taste, then enjoy.
This is a very simple recipe but very delicious.
