Okay, this isn’t healthy but it’s soooo good!! LOL! I made this for my husbands birthday and it was so yummy and now I’m gonna make a couple for Thanksgiving dinner. I got the recipe from my mom and it is so easy to make-here it goes:

1 graham cracker crust (in the pan, already made :) )
1 package of cream cheese (in a box)
1 can of Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
1/3 cup of lemon juice
cherry pie filling, blueberry topping or strawberry

Mix the sofented cream cheese together with the milk, then slowly add the lemon juice until mixture is creamy. Pour mix into crust let it chill for about two hours till it hardens then eat it plain or add a topping of your choice.

Enjoy!

I wasn’t expecting this to be so good!

I was just a bit skeptical, but it turned out so good we can’t wait to have it again, and it’s very easy to make.

Here’s the recipe that I got from cdkitchen.com.

Ready in: 30-60 minutes

1 1/2 pound shark steaks
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons rice or wine vinegar
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons oil
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
1 clove garlic, minced or pressed
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Minced green onions and parsley

Directions:

Cut shark steaks into serving sizes. Place in a glass dish.

Combine soy sauce, vinegar, lemon juice, oil, parsley, garlic, and black pepper. Pour over shark steaks. Marinate for 30 min., turning once.

Remove shark steaks, reserving marinade. Broil 4-6 inches from heat, about 4 min. per side. Brush with marinade before turning.

Serve with minced green onions and parsley.
